Custom Couple Portraits & Products
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our custom couple portraits and related products at Knot Engaged, we cannot offer traditional returns. Each piece of artwork is uniquely created for you based on your submitted photos and specifications.
Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're unhappy with your final artwork, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to ensure you're delighted with your custom portrait.
Product Issues
- Wrong Product: If you receive an incorrect product or size, we'll replace it immediately
- Shipping Damage: Products damaged during transit will be replaced at no cost
- Print Quality: Any quality issues will be addressed promptly Please report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Changes/cancellations allowed within 30 minutes of order placement
- After 30 minutes, changes/cancellations at our discretion
- Artists begin work promptly after order placement
Photo Requirements
- High-quality photos must be submitted following our guidelines
- Low-quality photos will result in lower quality artwork
- We cannot create artwork from poor quality images
- Sample artwork shown uses high-resolution photos
Artwork Modifications
We Can:
- Adjust basic elements like colors and backgrounds
- Make minor adjustments to lighting and contrast
- Remove simple background elements
- Adjust basic positioning
We Cannot:
- Create poses not shown in original photos
- Dramatically alter facial expressions
- Combine multiple photos into one portrait
- Add people not present in original photos
Digital Proofs & Revisions
- Initial proof provided within specified timeframe
- One round of minor revisions included
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges
- Final approval required before printing
